We take great care in sourcing, preparing, and packaging every gemstone offered through AyurvedaLifestyle.live. Each order is handled with intention and respect for the natural integrity of the stones.


Order Processing

All gemstone orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During high-volume periods or special releases, processing times may be slightly extended. If this occurs, we will notify you.

Each gemstone is individually checked, cleansed, and securely packed before dispatch.


Australian Shipping

We ship all Australian orders via Australia Post or a trusted courier service.

Standard Shipping (Australia):

  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch
  • Tracking provided where available

Express Shipping (Australia):

  • Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days after dispatch
  • Tracking included

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location, weight, and selected service.


International Shipping

We are pleased to offer international shipping on most gemstone products.

International Standard Shipping:

  • Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days, depending on destination
  • Tracking provided where available

Please note:

  • Delivery times vary due to customs clearance and local postal services.
  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. AyurvedaLifestyle.live does not have control over these charges.

Packaging

Gemstones are packaged securely to ensure safe transit, using protective materials appropriate to the size and fragility of the stone. Where possible, we use minimal and recyclable packaging.


Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the shipping carrier. AyurvedaLifestyle.live is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by postal services or customs
  • Incorrect delivery details supplied at checkout
  • Lost or stolen parcels marked as delivered

If your order appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we will assist you in lodging an enquiry with the carrier.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your gemstone arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of:

  • The item
  • The packaging
  • The shipping label

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or resolution where appropriate.


Important Notes

  • Gemstones are natural materials and may vary slightly in colour, shape, or texture from photographs. These variations are not considered defects.
  • Gemstones are not delivered electronically and are shipped as physical items only.
