At Ayurvedalifestyle.live, we carefully select products that support wellbeing, mindfulness, and conscious living. Please read our returns policy before making a purchase.

The Earth Store – Gemstones & Crystals

Due to the unique and energetic nature of gemstones, crystals, and handcrafted Earth Store products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Returns, replacements, or refunds will only be offered if:

• The item arrives damaged or defective.
• The incorrect item was supplied.
• The product has a manufacturing fault.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photographs of the item and packaging so we can assess your claim.

The Yoga Store

We understand that sometimes a product may not be suitable for your needs. Returns for change of mind are accepted on eligible Yoga Store products subject to the following conditions:

• Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process the refund or exchange as appropriate.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item from any store category, please contact us as soon as possible at our customer support email with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the item and packaging

We will work with you to arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable under Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement, refund, or repair for products that fail to meet consumer guarantees.
